Product Features
- Package includes all the hardware kit you need to install a sliding barn door. Except for doors.
- The barn door hardware can be used both inside and outside. It is rustproof, waterproof, and fireproof.
- The standard door thickness for our hardware is from 1 3/8'' to 1 3/4''. If your door thickness is not within that range, please go to our second tab called "Customization Services" for more detailed instructions on how to customize it.
- The spacing between each hole is American standard 16''. Tracks 7.5ft and under are one single track instead of being connected by multiple shorter tracks. Tracks 8ft to 16ft will be connected by two tracks. Tracks 18ft and 20ft will be connected by three tracks. Therefore, the spacing between the holes in the connecting section may not be 16''.
- Each hardware kit can hold a total door(s) weight up to 220 lbs.
- The minimum clearance (from top of the door to the ceiling) you need to install this U bracket bypass barn door hardware is 8''.

For Regular Roller
Track
The heavy-duty steel track (also called rail) is the core of the barn door hardware kit. In a double bypass design, the dual tracks allow two barn doors to slide smoothly behind each other. Tracks should be mounted into wall studs for maximum strength and durability.
Hanger/Roller
The classic roller hanger mounts to the barn door panel and allows it to glide along the track. In this U-shape double bypass kit, precision-engineered rollers ensure silent movement, long-lasting durability, and a premium look for modern or rustic interiors.
Door Stopper
A must-have safety feature for every sliding barn door hardware kit, these door stoppers sit at each end of the track to prevent the barn door from rolling off. Designed for double bypass systems, they ensure safe and quiet operation.
Brackets
These upgraded conjoined brackets securely hold the outer track of the double bypass barn door hardware kit. Made from heavy-duty steel, they ensure stability and smooth sliding performance for your U-shape track system.
Anti-Jump Pad

Here are some things to know before making your final decision to purchase.
Header Board
Our barn door hardware kits feature American Standard 16" hole spacing for easy installation. The longest single-piece track is 7.5 ft; for 8 ft and above, multiple tracks are combined. We recommend adding a header board for tracks over 8 ft or for openings with uneven hole spacing. This prevents the sliding barn door from hitting wall trim and allows smoother bypass operation. Spacer extenders are also available for trim clearance.
Door Thickness
The Homacer double bypass barn door hardware kit is compatible with door thicknesses from 1 3/8" to 1 3/4". For non-standard sizes, you can use longer or shorter hex bolts (sold separately) to ensure a secure fit. Choosing the correct hex bolt length helps maintain smooth, quiet sliding and long-term stability for your U-shape dual-track system.
Door Weight
Each Homacer barn door hardware kit includes standard black nylon wheels for smooth, quiet rolling and noise reduction. Our precision-engineered system supports up to 220 lbs total door weight. For heavy-duty use (150 lbs per door or more), we recommend upgrading to metal wheels for enhanced durability. Metal wheels are sold separately and compatible with our double bypass sliding barn door hardware kits.
